Corey Rohleder: Either higher grades or lower. Not middle school. I remember myself back then. No way. higher grades you can almost see them as adults. Younger (say less than Gr. 5 or so) they're still kids. Grades 7-9, well, you have to be a special type of teacher to handle that crap.
Vince Delarge: I've taught from 1st to 8th, and my favorite is 4th. They are old enough to be responsible for their behavior, and they get your jokes, but they're young enough to still love their teacher. Great age! :)
