Catheryn Barringer: any tips, info, or suggestions would be appreciated.
Cliff Tyre: u can add a bazzoka powered sub for bass ,also u can find nice coaxels to drop in the factory spaces. and go to walmart to get 50 dollar cd player .
Buster Exline: If I had the model of your car and your speaker hole sizes, I could help more. Also tell me if you like SQ (sound quality) or SQL (L for Loud). It would also be nice if I had a price range. You didn't give much detail but here goes! For rock you really don't need a sub, you just need some nice speakers with a little bass. It's mostly personal opinion, and the sub will be more costly. For the speakers I would recommend Alpine, Pioneer, JL Audio, Diamond Audio, and Kicker. The Alpines are just overall great speakers and awesome quality. I think many people on here would agree. The clarity and loudness depends on what you want, so I can't give you an exact model. For the head unit I would also go for an Alpine, Pioneer (to! p models only), or Eclipse. Once again Alpine has a great quality setup, and is great for rock. Most pioneers are good too. For the amp I would recommend a Rockford Fosgate for quality or any of these other brands: JL Audio, Kicker, Mephis, and Boston Acoustics. If you don't want it to be so pricey go with a pioneer. I didn't say alpine because they are also pricey, but they are great quality. DO NOT go to places like walmart its junk/////Best Buy can be okay sometimes if all your looking for is value stuff.Anything you buy should be from a quality dealer and this is a great place to buy any of this stuff;www.onlinecarstereo.comYou can also go to a local car audio shop and get their opinion on the matter. You should probably do more research, and don't make the wrong decision. Almost everything you buy can be removed too, if you know what your doing. That is pretty much all I can give you for now. If you give me some addition details I would be glad to help!Good Luck!...Sho! w more
