Lynn Mctier: It depends on what kind of motorcycle and where you are at. I drive a Harley and most people won't even look at them with "stealing" in their heart because usually they are owned by motorcycle gangs. Motorcycles are easy to hot wire and even easier to just push into the back of a truck and drive away.With the current enconomy, everything is commonly stolen. lol...Show more

Nobody knows for sure, due to the fact that the figures are based on thefts reported to law enforcement and insurance companies. An unknown number of thefts aren't reportedSee with a manual car, you at least have locks, usually an alarm system, handbrake, and if its! in gear when parked its impossible to push out unless someone loudly tows it away which you would hear and stop them. With the motorcycle though, all you really have to do is pull in the clutch and push it away, a lot easier....Show more
