Maria Devenney: -Take a nice hot bubble bath 3 days a week.-After using the bath room wipe your self with good smelling baby wipes.-you can go to your OBGYN and get cleaned out once a month.-Being extra clean on your period.-cleaning your self good in the shower.
Ardell Luy: Douches are bad, bad, bad. They wash out the natural bacteria in your vagina and can cause yeast infections and ultimately, more odor. The best thing you can do is wash with a mild soap and thoroughly. Dry well when you get out of the shower and wear breathable underwear so sweat and vaginal secretions don't soak into your underwear and make your vagina smell. Good luck!
Romeo Tinnea: don't use douches, they are extremely bad for you in that they flush out all of the good bacteria as well as the bad and can cause you to get an infection. to stay clean use only warm water or a feminine wash for intimate cleansing down there. if you want you can use a product called repHresh as a substitue! for a douche. what it is is a gel insert you insert into your vagina. it doesn't leak out at all so don't worry about that. it balances the pH down there and neutralizes odor in doing so. you can use it after your period, before/after sex, or anytime you want to feel fresh. it's gynocologist reccommended and is safe for long term use. each insert lasts 3 days. you can buy it at cvs...Show more
Charissa Riley: Vagina's smell like vagina's...they are SELF cleansing...yes you wash it on the outside...but NOT on the inside...douches are unhealthy and unnecessary...do you expect it to smell like roses? It isn;t supposed to! The vagina has a very delicate blend of hormones in place to keep it healthy and attractive to the opposite sex...a clean one wont smell of anything in particular...but if you keep messing with it in an attempt to make it "smell great" you will cause problems and imbalances resulting in years infections....Show more
