Esteban Lyson: You can make vegan flapjacks or scones easily, they have no eggs in anyway and just use vegan marge instead of butter. I have also made vegan fruitcake by just using a normal recipe but substituting mashed banana for the eggs (and vegan marge for the butter).Other party food you could do: veg sticks ! (carrot, celery etc) with houmous and salsacrisps, chips, tortillas, breadsticks with samevegetable samosas, onion bhajees (check packaging for dairy products but the ones I buy are fine)nice bread with vegan margebean salad, grain salad like cous cous, general saladlots of nice fruit: grapes, strawberries, blueberries, cut up pineapple etcvegan sausages on stickschoc dessert made with silken tofu - whizz up a package of it and mix with 100g melted dark choc (some brands are vegan some not so check) and a bit of agave syrup to sweeten, put in little pots or glasses and chill to set....Show more
